โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาซื้อวัสดุวิทยาศาสตร์จำนวน 23 รายการ ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) งบประมาณ 528,526.25 บาท จัดซื้อโดยกลุ่มตรวจสอบคุณภาพยาสัตว์และวัตถุอันตรายด้านการปศุสัตว์ เพื่อใช้ในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าปศุสัตว์ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, ลงทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการเป็นไปตามที่กำหนดในหนังสือ กค(กวจ) ว 124 ลงวันที่ 1 มีนาคม 2566 (กรณีบุคคลธรรมดาให้พิจารณาจากหนังสือรับรองบัญชีเงินฝาก) ระยะเวลาส่งมอบ 90 วันนับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้วิธีหลักเกณฑ์ราคา (ยกเว้นรายการที่มีการทดสอบจะพิจารณาจากประสิทธิภาพการใช้งาน) อัตราค่าปรับ 0.20% ต่อวันสำหรับสิ่งของที่ยังไม่ได้รับมอบ

This project is an e-bidding for the procurement of 23 scientific materials, with a budget of 528,526.25 baht. The procurement is managed by the Animal Drug and Hazardous Substances Quality Inspection Group, aiming to be used for livestock product quality inspection. Bidders must meet legal requirements such as legal capacity, not being bankrupt, registered in the e-GP system, and meeting the net asset value criteria as defined in the document of the Comptroller General’s Department (KhorKhor(KhorW) 0405.2/W 124, dated March 1, 2023 - for individuals, bank account certification is considered). The delivery period is 90 days from the contract signing date. Selection will be based on price (except for items requiring testing, which will be based on performance). The penalty rate is 0.20% per day for undelivered items.
