โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจนวัตกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารฮาลาลของไทยในการขยายตลาดสู่สากล สนช. ต้องการผู้รับจ้างที่มีประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจฮาลาลและตลาดต่างประเทศ โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมงานหลักๆ ได้แก่ การสรรหาและคัดเลือกผู้ประกอบการ (ไม่น้อยกว่า 15 กิจการ), การจัดอบรมและให้คำปรึกษา (รวมถึงการจัดหาผู้เชี่ยวชาญและที่ปรึกษา), การเตรียมความพร้อมผู้ประกอบการสำหรับการเข้าร่วมงานแสดงสินค้าระดับนานาชาติ, การบริหารจัดการการเดินทางไปร่วมงานแสดงสินค้าในต่างประเทศ (รวมถึงการจัดหาบัตรโดยสาร, ที่พัก, อาหาร, และเจ้าหน้าที่อำนวยความสะดวก), และการจัดกิจกรรมจับคู่ธุรกิจและเจรจาทางการค้า (ไม่น้อยกว่า 8 หน่วยงาน) ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบรายงานความก้าวหน้า 2 ครั้ง และรายงานฉบับสมบูรณ์เมื่อสิ้นสุดโครงการ ระยะเวลาการดำเนินงานทั้งหมดคือ 180 วัน งบประมาณรวม 4,000,000 บาท โดยการพิจารณาผู้ชนะจะพิจารณาจากเกณฑ์การประเมินค่าประสิทธิภาพต่อราคา (Price Performance)

This project aims to promote and develop the potential of innovative halal food entrepreneurs in expanding their markets internationally. The National Innovation Agency (NIA) is seeking a contractor with experience in relevant operations related to halal businesses and international markets. The project encompasses key tasks such as recruiting and selecting entrepreneurs (at least 15 businesses), organizing training and providing consulting (including sourcing experts and consultants), preparing entrepreneurs for participation in international trade shows, managing travel to attend trade shows abroad (including arranging air tickets, accommodation, meals, and support staff), and organizing business matching and trade negotiation activities (at least 8 organizations). The contractor must submit progress reports twice and a final report upon completion of the project. The total project duration is 180 days with a total budget of 4,000,000 Baht. The selection of the winning bidder will be based on the Price Performance evaluation criteria.
