The Department of Marine and Coastal Resources is seeking a service provider to conduct a study and analysis of areas at risk from rising sea levels in Rayong province and surrounding areas, including the development of mathematical models to represent areas at risk of coastal change. The project aims to create a risk map from rising sea levels, which will inform decision-making and spatial management for the development of strategies, the definition of measures, and integrated operations between relevant agencies. The project has a duration of 180 days after the signing of the contract. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as legal capacity, not being bankrupt, not being suspended from bidding, and must submit supporting documents with their bids as specified in the TOR.
