โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาจ้างเช่าบริการสื่อสารโดยใช้เทคโนโลยี SD-WAN ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้ง (กกต.) เพื่อยกระดับการสื่อสารและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานระหว่างสำนักงานส่วนกลางและสำนักงานประจำจังหวัดทั่วประเทศ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการจัดหาโครงข่ายการสื่อสารที่มีความปลอดภัยสูงและมีเสถียรภาพ รวมถึงการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ที่ทันสมัยในห้องประชุมเพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ กกต.

ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย:

• การเช่าบริการอินเทอร์เน็ต: จัดหาการเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงสำหรับส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค โดยมีวงจรสำรอง (Corporate Internet/MPLS)
• อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย: จัดหาและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ SD-WAN, Firewall และ Wireless Access Point (AP) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง รวมถึงระบบบริหารจัดการเครือข่ายส่วนกลางและส่วนภูมิภาค (WAN manage)
• ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย: ติดตั้งและให้บริการระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยเครือข่าย รวมถึงระบบ Authentication, Security (Cloud / Box), VPN และระบบ Log
• การติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ในห้องประชุม: ติดตั้งจอ LED Display ขนาดใหญ่ และจอภาพระบบสัมผัส (Interactive Display) พร้อมอุปกรณ์เสริมอื่นๆ

ผู้ให้บริการต้องมีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ ติดตั้ง และบำรุงรักษาระบบให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด พร้อมทั้งจัดหาเจ้าหน้าที่ Help Desk ประจำสำนักงาน กกต. เพื่อสนับสนุนการใช้งานตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา

This project is a bidding for the rental of SD-WAN communication services by the Election Commission of Thailand (ECT). The purpose of this project is to improve communication and increase the efficiency of operations between the central office and provincial offices nationwide. The main objectives of this project are to provide a highly secure and stable communication network, as well as to install modern equipment in the meeting rooms to support the work of the ECT executives and officials.

The main scope of work includes:

• Internet rental: Provide high-speed internet connectivity for central and regional areas, with backup circuits (Corporate Internet/MPLS).
• Network equipment: Provide and install high-performance SD-WAN devices, Firewalls, and Wireless Access Points (APs), including a central and regional network management system (WAN manage).
• Security system: Install and provide network security systems, including Authentication, Security (Cloud / Box), VPN and Log systems.
• Installation of equipment in the meeting room: Install a large LED Display and an interactive display, along with other accessories.

The service provider must be able to analyze, design, install, and maintain the system in accordance with the requirements, as well as provide Help Desk staff at the ECT office to support the use throughout the contract period.
