โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงห้องประชุมรวมประจำคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมและเทคโนโลยี ให้มีความสวยงาม ปลอดภัย และสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อรองรับการจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของคณะฯ ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย งานป้องกันฝุ่นละออง, งานสถาปัตยกรรมและสถาปัตยกรรมภายใน, งานโครงสร้าง, งานระบบไฟฟ้าและสื่อสาร, งานครุภัณฑ์จัดซื้อ, งานระบบปรับอากาศ รวมถึงการจัดทำแบบประมาณราคากลางและรายละเอียดประกอบแบบ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติและประสบการณ์ตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 13 ล้านบาท และมีบุคลากรที่มีคุณวุฒิและประสบการณ์ตามที่ระบุไว้ เช่น วิศวกร สถาปนิก และโฟร์แมน การพิจารณาตัดสินจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาและคุณภาพ โดยผู้ที่ได้คะแนนรวมสูงสุดจะได้รับการคัดเลือก ระยะเวลาดำเนินการคือ 240 วัน และมีระยะเวลารับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง 2 ปี โครงการนี้เป็นโอกาสสำหรับผู้รับเหมาที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการปรับปรุงอาคารและมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามที่กำหนด เพื่อสร้างห้องประชุมที่มีคุณภาพและตอบสนองความต้องการของคณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรมและเทคโนโลยี

This project aims to renovate the main conference room of the Faculty of Industrial Education and Technology to enhance its aesthetics, safety, and functionality, thereby supporting the faculty’s activities. The scope of work includes dust protection, architectural and interior architectural work, structural work, electrical and communication systems, procurement of equipment, and air conditioning systems. It also involves preparing cost estimates and detailed designs. Bidders must meet specific qualifications and experience requirements, such as having completed similar construction projects worth at least 13 million Baht and possessing qualified personnel like engineers, architects, and foremen. The selection process will be based on a combination of price and quality, with the highest-scoring bidder being selected. The project duration is 240 days, with a 2-year warranty period for defects.
