โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการพังทลายของตลิ่งและเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการสัญจรบริเวณทางโค้งถนนเลียบคลองคูขวางมอญ หมู่ที่ 3,10 ตำบลคูบางหลวง ซึ่งมีลักษณะเป็นวงเลี้ยวแคบและไม่มีไหล่ทางที่เพียงพอ ทำให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุบ่อยครั้ง องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคูบางหลวงจึงได้จัดทำโครงการก่อสร้างเขื่อน ค.ส.ล. กันดิน ความยาว 45 เมตร พร้อมขยายไหล่ทางถนน ค.ส.ล. หนา 0.20 เมตร ตลอดแนวเขื่อน โดยมีพื้นที่คอนกรีตไหล่ทางไม่น้อยกว่า 115 ตารางเมตร รวมถึงการติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่าง เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้รถใช้ถนนได้รับความสะดวกและปลอดภัยมากยิ่งขึ้น โครงการนี้จะดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) และมีระยะเวลาในการก่อสร้าง 90 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
This project involves the construction of a 45-meter long reinforced concrete retaining wall and the expansion of the adjacent road shoulder with a 0.20-meter thick concrete layer, covering an area of at least 115 square meters. It is located at the curve along the Khu Khwang Mon canal road in Moo 3, 10, Khu Bang Luang Subdistrict. The project also includes the installation of street lighting. The objectives are to prevent bank erosion and improve road safety. The project will be implemented by the Khu Bang Luang Subdistrict Administration Organization through an electronic bidding (e-bidding) process, with a construction timeframe of 90 days.
