โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขยายเขตการจำหน่ายน้ำประปาในหมู่บ้านทุ่งหลวง ซอย 1 และซอย 2 หมู่ที่ 2 ตำบลห้วยทรายเหนือ อำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยการประปาส่วนภูมิภาคสาขาปราณบุรี โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมงานวางท่อ HDPE ขนาดต่างๆ (เช่น 110 มม.) ตามมาตรฐานการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค รวมถึงการเชื่อมต่อท่อใหม่กับท่อเดิม การขุดวางท่อในพื้นที่ต่างๆ ทั้งในถนนและทางเท้า การซ่อมแซมพื้นผิวที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการขุดวางท่อ เช่น ถนนลาดยาง ทางเท้าคอนกรีต และทางเท้าตัวหนอน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาท่อและอุปกรณ์ที่ได้มาตรฐาน, ทำการติดตั้งตามรูปแบบที่กำหนด, และทดสอบแรงดันน้ำเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าระบบทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ นอกจากนี้ยังต้องมีการจัดการพื้นที่ก่อสร้างเพื่อลดผลกระทบต่อประชาชน และซ่อมแซมพื้นที่ให้กลับสู่สภาพเดิมหลังการก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จ
This project aims to expand the water distribution area in Thung Luang Village, Soi 1 and Soi 2, Moo 2, Huai Sai Nuea Subdistrict, Cha-am District, Phetchaburi Province, by the Provincial Waterworks Authority, Pranburi Branch. The project involves the installation of various sizes of HDPE pipes (e.g., 110 mm) according to the Provincial Waterworks Authority standards, including connecting new pipes to existing ones, trenching and laying pipes in various areas such as roads and sidewalks, and repairing surfaces affected by trenching, such as asphalt roads, concrete sidewalks, and paving block sidewalks. The contractor must provide standard pipes and equipment, install them according to the specified designs, and test the water pressure to ensure the system operates efficiently. Additionally, construction site management is required to minimize the impact on the public, and the area must be restored to its original condition after construction is completed.
