กรมทรัพยากรทางทะเลและชายฝั่งมีความประสงค์จะติดตั้งทุ่นแพลอยน้ำในพื้นที่ชายฝั่งทะเลของอ่าวไทยและอันดามัน โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการจอดเรือรับส่งนักท่องเที่ยว ป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการทิ้งสมอเรือที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อแหล่งทรัพยากรทางทะเล เพิ่มศักยภาพการให้บริการนักท่องเที่ยว และลดปัญหาการทำลายทรัพยากรทางทะเลจากการก่อสร้างท่าเทียบเรือ โดยผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด มีความสามารถในการผลิตหรือเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายทุ่นลอยและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ และมีมาตรฐานตามที่กำหนดในเอกสารประกวดราคา ผู้ชนะการประมูลจะต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งทุ่นแพลอยน้ำ พร้อมทั้งจัดฝึกอบรมการใช้งานอุปกรณ์ช่วยชีวิต และส่งมอบงานให้แล้วเสร็จภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดในแต่ละพื้นที่

This project aims to install floating pontoons in the coastal areas of the Gulf of Thailand and the Andaman Sea. The main objectives are to facilitate the docking of tourist boats, prevent and solve the problem of anchoring that affects marine resources, enhance tourist services, and reduce damage to marine resources from the construction of piers. Bidders must be juristic persons with the qualifications required by law, have the ability to manufacture or be a distributor of floating pontoons and related equipment, have experience, and meet the standards specified in the bidding documents. The winning bidder must install the floating pontoons, provide training on the use of life-saving equipment, and complete the work within the specified timeframe for each area.
