เทศบาลเมืองบางระจัน มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถฟาร์มแทรกเตอร์ ชนิดขับเคลื่อน 4 ล้อ ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า ๔๕ แรงม้า จำนวน 1 คัน วงเงินงบประมาณ 1,287,000 บาท โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำมาใช้ในงานด้านการเกษตรและสาธารณูปโภคของเทศบาล
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหารถฟาร์มแทรกเตอร์ใหม่ ที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล 4 สูบ, ระบบเกียร์ที่เหมาะสม, ระบบพวงมาลัยพาวเวอร์, ระบบไฮดรอลิคที่ได้มาตรฐาน, และอุปกรณ์มาตรฐานครบครัน รถแทรกเตอร์ต้องเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป ที่ผลิตหรือประกอบในประเทศไทย ได้รับรองมาตรฐาน ISO9001 และมีศูนย์บริการครอบคลุม
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด มีประสบการณ์ และมีศูนย์บริการตรวจเช็คและซ่อมบำรุงที่ได้มาตรฐาน ใกล้กับเทศบาลเมืองบางระจัน โดยจะต้องมีการรับประกันการชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี พร้อมทั้งมีการตรวจเช็ค-บำรุงรักษาตามระยะที่กำหนด
การส่งมอบรถฟาร์มแทรกเตอร์จะต้องดำเนินการภายใน 90 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาซื้อขาย
Bang Rachan Municipality intends to purchase one 4-wheel drive farm tractor with a minimum power of 45 horsepower, with a budget of 1,287,000 baht. The objective is to use it for agricultural and public utility work.
The scope of work includes providing a new farm tractor that meets specified requirements such as a 4-cylinder diesel engine, suitable gear system, power steering system, standard hydraulic system, and complete standard equipment. The tractor must be a finished product manufactured or assembled in Thailand, ISO9001 certified, and have comprehensive service centers.
Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, have experience, and have a standard service center for inspection and maintenance near Bang Rachan Municipality. There must be a warranty against defects for a period of not less than 1 year, along with regular inspections and maintenance as specified.
The delivery of the farm tractor must be completed within 90 days from the date of signing the purchase contract.
