รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) พร้อมวางท่อระบายน้ํา ค.ส.ล. บริเวณซอย 10/9 หมู่ที่ 10 ต.คลองสาม อ.คลองหลวง จ.ปทุมธานี โดยมีรายละเอียดงานดังนี้:
- การเตรียมพื้นดิน: ประกอบด้วยงานถางป่าขุดตอและการตกแต่งเกลี่ยพื้นดินทาง
- การทำชั้นรองพื้นทาง: ใช้วัสดุลูกรังที่มีค่า CBR ไม่น้อยกว่า 30 ที่ร้อยละ 95 ของค่าความแน่นแห้งสูงสุด บดอัดให้ได้ความหนาแน่นไม่น้อยกว่า 95% Standard Proctor Density
- การทำชั้นพื้นทาง: ใช้วัสดุหินคลุกที่มีค่า CBR ไม่น้อยกว่า 80 ที่ร้อยละ 95 ของค่าความแน่นแห้งสูงสุด บดอัดให้ได้ความหนาแน่นไม่น้อยกว่า 95% Standard Proctor Density
- งานคอนกรีต: ใช้วัสดุ ทรายหยาบ, หินผสมคอนกรีต, น้ำจืดสะอาด, ปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ประเภทที่ 1 ตาม มอก.15 เล่ม 1-2532
- งานเหล็กเสริมคอนกรีต: ใช้เหล็กเสริมคอนกรีตที่เหนียว ไม่เป็นสนิมขุม ตรง ไม่คดงอ และเป็นขนาดชนิดเดียวกับที่กําหนดในรูปแบบ, ROUND BARS (RE) ต้องเป็นเหล็กเส้นกลมตรงตามมาตรฐาน 6 มม. SR-24, DEFORMED BARS (DB) เหล็กข้ออ้อยตรงตามมาตรฐาน SD-30 มอก. 24-2536, เหล็กฉากรูปพรรณ ต้องตรงตามมาตรฐาน มอก. 1228-2537, 1227-2539, ลวดผูกเหล็กให้ใช้ เบอร์ 18 SWG.
- วัสดุยาแนวรอยต่อ: ต้องมีคุณสมบัติหยุ่นตัว และเกาะติด สามารถทําให้เหลวได้ โดยการให้ความร้อน และเทลงในรอยต่อได้สม่ําเสมอ
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดําเนินการให้เป็นไปตามแบบและข้อกําหนดทางวิศวกรรมโยธาที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารประกวดราคา
This project involves the construction of reinforced concrete (ค.ส.ล.) road along with the installation of reinforced concrete (ค.ส.ล.) drainage pipes at Soi 10/9, Moo 10, Khlong Sam Subdistrict, Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province. The work details include:
- Land preparation: Including clearing and grubbing, and land leveling.
- Subbase course construction: Using laterite material with a CBR value of not less than 30 at 95% of maximum dry density, compacted to a density of not less than 95% Standard Proctor Density.
- Base course construction: Using crushed rock material with a CBR value of not less than 80 at 95% of maximum dry density, compacted to a density of not less than 95% Standard Proctor Density.
- Concrete work: Using materials such as coarse sand, concrete aggregate, clean fresh water, and Portland cement Type 1 according to TIS 15 Volume 1-2532.
- Reinforcement steel work: Using ductile reinforcement steel, free from pitting rust, straight, not bent, and of the same size and type specified in the drawings.
- Joint sealant material: Must be flexible and adhesive, able to be liquefied by heating and poured into the joints evenly.
The contractor must proceed according to the drawings and civil engineering specifications specified in the bidding documents.
