โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาชุดโลหะดามกระดูกสันหลังส่วนคอทางด้านหลัง (Posterior) จำนวน 5 รายการ เพื่อใช้ในการผ่าตัดรักษาผู้ป่วยที่มีความผิดปกติของกระดูกสันหลังส่วนคอ สถาบันประสาทวิทยาต้องการให้มีวัสดุดามกระดูกสันหลังที่เพียงพอและต่อเนื่องสำหรับการรักษาผู้ป่วย ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดหา สกรูยึดกระดูกสันหลัง, อุปกรณ์ล็อค, แท่งโลหะดามกระดูกสันหลัง, แผ่นโลหะสำหรับยึดกะโหลกศีรษะ, และสกรูยึดแผ่นโลหะ โดยวัสดุที่ใช้ต้องเป็นไทเทเนียมปลอดสนิม สามารถนึ่งฆ่าเชื้อได้ และมีคุณสมบัติทึบรังสี ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 30 วันหลังจากได้รับหนังสือสั่งซื้อ การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาประกอบกับเกณฑ์อื่น ๆ เช่น คุณภาพวัสดุ มาตรฐานสินค้า บริการหลังการขาย และข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิค

The project aims to procure 5 sets of Posterior Cervical Spinal Fixation System for surgical treatment of patients with cervical spine abnormalities. The Institute of Neurology requires an adequate and continuous supply of spinal fixation materials for patient care. The scope of work includes the provision of screws, locking devices, rods, occiput plates, and occiput plate screws. Materials must be rust-proof titanium, sterilizable by autoclaving, and radiopaque. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and deliver the supplies within 30 days of receiving the purchase order. The selection of bids will be based on a combination of price and other criteria such as material quality, product standards, after-sales service, and technical proposals.
