โครงการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางถนนเพื่อรองรับการค้า การลงทุน และการท่องเที่ยว ปีงบประมาณ 2568 นี้ มุ่งเน้นการเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการเดินทางบนทางหลวงหมายเลข 211 โดยการติดตั้งราวกันอันตรายในช่วงควบคุม 0102 ตอน ศรีเชียงใหม่ - ห้วยเชียงดา ระหว่าง กม.105+000 ถึง กม.107+000 RT. เป็นช่วงๆ รวมระยะทาง 1.528 กิโลเมตร ในพื้นที่บ้านภูเขาทอง ตำบลบ้านม่วง อำเภอสังคม จังหวัดหนองคาย

วัตถุประสงค์หลักของโครงการคือการลดความเสี่ยงจากอุบัติเหตุ และเพิ่มความปลอดภัยสำหรับผู้ใช้ถนน สนับสนุนการเดินทางที่สะดวกและปลอดภัยยิ่งขึ้นเพื่อส่งเสริมการค้า การลงทุน และการท่องเที่ยวในภูมิภาค

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การจัดซื้อ จัดหา และติดตั้งราวกันอันตรายชนิด W-beam ตามมาตรฐานกรมทางหลวง รวมถึงการปรับปรุงพื้นที่ข้างทางให้เหมาะสมกับการติดตั้ง และการจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยระหว่างการก่อสร้าง

โครงการนี้มีราคากลางอยู่ที่ 4,479,000 บาท ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมการเสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR และต้องยื่นข้อเสนอตามเงื่อนไขและระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

This project aims to improve road infrastructure to support trade, investment, and tourism in fiscal year 2025. It involves the installation of guardrails on Highway No. 211, section 0102, Sri Chiang Mai - Huai Chiang Da, between km 105+000 - km 107+000 RT, with a total distance of 1.528 kilometers, located in Ban Phu Khao Thong, Ban Muang Subdistrict, Sangkhom District, Nong Khai Province.
