โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาที่ดินชุมชนบนพื้นที่สูงตามแนวทางโครงการหลวง โดยดำเนินการในพื้นที่บ้านห้วยเขย่ง หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลห้วยเขย่ง อำเภอทองผาภูมิ จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี มีเป้าหมายในการจัดระบบอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำบนพื้นที่ 90 ไร่ โครงการนี้ประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมหลัก ได้แก่ การก่อสร้างขั้นบันไดดิน (คันดินแบบ 5) ความยาวรวม 2,600 เมตร, การสร้างบ่อดักตะกอน 3 ด้าน จำนวน 4 จุด, และการดำเนินมาตรการอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ำโดยวิธีพืช ซึ่งรวมถึงการปลูกไม้ยืนต้น, หญ้าแฝก, และการใช้ปุ๋ยหมัก นอกจากนี้ยังมีป้ายแปลงมาตรฐานตามแบบ โครงการนี้ดำเนินการโดยสถานีพัฒนาที่ดินกาญจนบุรี ภายใต้สำนักงานพัฒนาที่ดินเขต 10 งบประมาณที่ได้รับอนุมัติสำหรับโครงการนี้คือ 488,700 บาท (สี่แสนแปดหมื่นแปดพันเจ็ดร้อยบาทถ้วน)

This project aims to develop community land in highland areas following the Royal Project model, operating in Ban Huai Kheng, Village No. 3, Huai Kheng Subdistrict, Thong Pha Phum District, Kanchanaburi Province. The project’s goal is to implement soil and water conservation systems on 90 rai of land. Key activities include the construction of terraced soil embankments (Type 5) with a total length of 2,600 meters, the construction of 4 three-sided sediment traps, and the implementation of soil and water conservation measures using vegetation, including planting perennial trees, vetiver grass, and using compost. Additionally, standard plot signs will be installed. This project is implemented by the Kanchanaburi Land Development Station under the Land Development Office Region 10. The approved budget for this project is 488,700 THB (Four hundred eighty-eight thousand seven hundred baht only).
