โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อกล้องจุลทรรศน์ชนิดหัวกลับพร้อมระบบบันทึกภาพและจอมอนิเตอร์ สำหรับทีมวิจัยความปลอดภัยระดับนาโนและฤทธิ์ทางชีวภาพ กล้องจุลทรรศน์นี้มีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งในการเพาะเลี้ยงเซลล์ที่ต้องการปฏิบัติงานภายในตู้ Biosafety cabinet โดยเฉพาะเซลล์ต้นกำเนิด ซึ่งต้องทำงานภายใต้ภาวะปลอดเชื้อ การใช้งานหลักของกล้องจุลทรรศน์นี้คือการคัดแยกเซลล์ (Cell sorting) และการดูแลรักษาเซลล์ (Cell maintenance) ซึ่งเซลล์เหล่านี้จะถูกนำไปพัฒนาต่อยอดเป็นเซลล์ทดสอบ หรือแหล่งเซลล์ (Cell source) สำหรับการประยุกต์ใช้ในด้านวิศวกรรมเนื้อเยื่อ (Tissue engineering) และการผลิตเนื้อเพาะเลี้ยง (Culture meat) ในอนาคต กล้องจุลทรรศน์ต้องมีคุณสมบัติที่เหมาะสมกับการใช้งานในตู้ Biosafety cabinet และมีระบบบันทึกภาพที่มีคุณภาพเพื่อการวิเคราะห์และบันทึกผลการทดลอง
This project aims to procure an inverted microscope equipped with an imaging system and monitor for the Nanoscale Safety and Biological Effects Research Team. This microscope is essential for culturing cells within a biosafety cabinet, particularly stem cells, which require sterile conditions. The primary uses of the microscope will be cell sorting and cell maintenance. These cells will be further developed into test cells or cell sources for applications in tissue engineering and cultured meat production. The microscope must have suitable features for use in a biosafety cabinet and a high-quality imaging system for analysis and recording of experimental results.
