โครงการนี้เป็นโครงการของกรมทางหลวงชนบท มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงและซ่อมแซมผิวทางแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตบนถนนสาย สข.3025 แยกทางหลวงหมายเลข 408 ในอำเภอสิงหนคร จังหวัดสงขลา โดยใช้วิธี Hot Mix In-Plant Recycling โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมระยะทาง 1.075 กิโลเมตร (ช่วง กม.ที่ 0+000 ถึง กม.ที่ 1+075) มีการรื้อผิวทางเดิม, ปรับปรุงโครงสร้างทาง, ใช้วัสดุรีไซเคิล, และปูผิวทางแอสฟัลต์ใหม่ รวมถึงการปรับปรุงผิวทางเชื่อม, การตีเส้นจราจร, และติดตั้งป้ายจราจร โครงการนี้เน้นการใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตในประเทศ และให้ความสำคัญกับความปลอดภัยระหว่างการก่อสร้าง ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีมาตรการป้องกันอุบัติเหตุ และติดตั้งป้ายเตือนต่างๆ รวมถึงการจัดการจราจรอย่างเหมาะสม

This project, undertaken by the Department of Rural Roads, aims to rehabilitate and repair the asphalt concrete pavement on Road No. Sor Khor. 3025, a branch of Highway 408, in Singha Nakhon District, Songkhla Province, using the Hot Mix In-Plant Recycling method. The project covers a distance of 1.075 kilometers (from km 0+000 to km 1+075) and includes removal of the existing pavement, road structure improvements, use of recycled materials, laying of new asphalt pavement, as well as improvements to connecting roads, road markings, and installation of traffic signs. The project emphasizes the use of domestically produced materials and prioritizes safety during construction. The contractor must have accident prevention measures and install warning signs, including appropriate traffic management.
