โรงพยาบาลชลบุรีมีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อเครื่องเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ชนิดความเร็วสูง (Multi-slice CT Scan) ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 128 สไลซ์ จำนวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อทดแทนเครื่องเดิมที่มีอายุการใช้งานนานและไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ การจัดซื้อครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการบริการผู้ป่วยให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น รองรับงานบริการที่ต้องอาศัยความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทางและเทคโนโลยีการวินิจฉัยขั้นสูง เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยในจังหวัดชลบุรีและเขตบริการสุขภาพที่ 5 ได้รับการตรวจวินิจฉัยด้วยเครื่องมือที่ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ
เครื่องเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ที่จัดซื้อต้องมีคุณสมบัติทั่วไปที่ทันสมัย สามารถสร้างภาพได้สูงสุดไม่น้อยกว่า 128 ภาพต่อการหมุนหนึ่งรอบ มีชุดควบคุมการกำเนิดรังสีและหลอดเอกซเรย์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง มีอุปกรณ์รับรังสีที่สามารถปรับการเลือกรับข้อมูลได้หลายแบบ มีช่องรับตัวผู้ป่วย (Gantry) ที่มีความกว้างขวาง และมีเตียงผู้ป่วยที่สามารถรองรับน้ำหนักได้มาก นอกจากนี้ จะต้องมีชุดควบคุมการทำงานที่ทันสมัยและคอมพิวเตอร์วิเคราะห์ภาพเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ (CT Workstation) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูง
ผู้ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมเสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และสามารถส่งมอบงานได้ภายใน 150 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
Chonburi Hospital is seeking bids for the procurement of one high-speed Multi-slice CT Scan machine with a minimum of 128 slices. The objective is to enhance the efficiency of patient services, support specialized medical needs, and provide advanced diagnostic technology to patients in Chonburi Province and Health Service Region 5.
The CT scanner must be state-of-the-art, capable of operating 24/7, equipped with radiation reduction technology, and feature versatile image processing software that supports current and future technological advancements.
The general specifications include the ability to generate a minimum of 128 images per rotation, a high-performance X-ray generator and tube, adaptable detectors, a wide Gantry, and a patient table with high weight capacity. Also required are a modern operator console and a high-performance CT Workstation.
Interested bidders must meet the specified qualifications and be able to deliver the equipment within 150 days from the contract signing date.
