องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ มีความจำเป็นต้องจัดซื้อวัสดุก่อสร้างซ่อมแซมบำรุงทาง (ประเภทยาง) เพื่อนำไปใช้ในโรงผสมแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตของ อบจ.เชียงใหม่ (ส่วนแยกศูนย์ใต้) ที่บ้านตาล อ.ฮอด โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาถนนชำรุดเสียหายในพื้นที่จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ซึ่งได้รับการร้องเรียนจากประชาชนและเป็นสาเหตุของอุบัติเหตุ โดยจะจัดซื้อ ยาง AC5o/๗o จำนวน ๑๒๐ ตัน, ยาง CSS-ต จำนวน ๒๐ ถัง, และ ยาง CRS-๒ จำนวน ๑๙ ถัง ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีหลักฐานการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายหรือผู้ผลิต และต้องส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน ๓๐ วันหลังลงนามสัญญา ผู้เสนอราคาต้องแสดงผลการทดสอบคุณลักษณะของวัสดุประกอบการส่งมอบงาน เพื่อให้การซ่อมแซมถนนเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็ว ทันต่อการแก้ไขปัญหา และบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนได้อย่างทันท่วงที
Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organization needs to purchase road maintenance construction materials (rubber type) for use in the asphalt concrete mixing plant of PAO Chiang Mai (South Center Division), Ban Tan, Hot District. This project aims to solve the problem of damaged roads in Chiang Mai Province, which has been complained about by the public and is the cause of accidents. The purchase includes 120 tons of AC5o/๗o rubber, 20 tanks of CSS-ต rubber, and 19 tanks of CRS-๒ rubber. Bidders must have evidence of being a distributor or manufacturer and must deliver the materials within 30 days after signing the contract. Bidders must provide material quality test results for work delivery in order for road repairs to be carried out quickly, promptly address problems, and alleviate public suffering in a timely manner.
