โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักในการพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลกลาง องค์ความรู้ และแพลตฟอร์มการประมวลผลด้านบุคลากรด้านการกีฬาและนันทนาการให้มีประสิทธิภาพ, สอดคล้องกับแผนพัฒนาการกีฬาแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๗ (พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖ - ๒๕๗๐). ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการพัฒนาระบบรับรองมาตรฐานบุคลากรด้านกีฬา, ระบบข้อมูลสนามกีฬา, กิจกรรมกีฬา, บุคลากรกีฬา, และผลการแข่งขันกีฬาทั้งในและต่างประเทศ. นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการพัฒนาระบบติดตามประเมินผลและรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน, Dashboard ฐานข้อมูลด้านกีฬาระดับชาติ, และการจัดประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อนำเข้าข้อมูลจากหน่วยงานต่างๆ. ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, มีประสบการณ์, และส่งมอบงานเป็น 3 งวด ภายในระยะเวลา 180 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา. การประเมินข้อเสนอจะพิจารณาจากราคา, ข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิค, และประสบการณ์ของผู้เสนอราคา.

This project aims to develop a central database, knowledge base, and processing platform for sports and recreational personnel, aligned with the 7th National Sports Development Plan (2023-2027). The scope of work includes developing personnel certification systems, sports facility data, sports activities, sports personnel, and national/international/professional sports competition results. It also involves developing monitoring and evaluation systems, a national sports database dashboard, and organizing workshops for data input. Bidders must meet legal qualifications, have relevant experience, and deliver the work in 3 installments within 180 days from the contract signing date. The evaluation will consider price, technical proposals, and the bidder’s experience.
