This project aims to improve the road in Ban Grat, Village No. 8, by overlaying it with asphalt concrete to enhance convenience and safety for residents. The scope of work includes preparing the existing roadbed by cleaning and leveling damaged areas with asphalt concrete. Asphalt concrete overlay will then be applied in two sections: Section 1 is 4.00 meters wide, 278.00 meters long, and 0.04 meters thick; Section 2 is 5.00 meters wide and 430.00 meters long, totaling at least 3,262.00 square meters. If the specified work cannot be performed, the supervisor has the discretion to adjust based on the site conditions, ensuring the quantity is no less than specified in the construction plan. The project also includes road marking and installation of project information and construction signs in visible locations. The contractor must provide a civil engineer (associate or professional level) to supervise construction, and use domestic materials for no less than 60% and domestic steel for no less than 90% of the contract value.
