โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงระบบคูลลิ่งทาวเวอร์ของมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ซึ่งระบบเดิมมีอายุการใช้งานมานานและมีประสิทธิภาพลดลง โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้งานของระบบปรับอากาศ, ป้องกันความชำรุดบกพร่องที่อาจเกิดขึ้น, ลดความเสี่ยงจากอุปกรณ์ที่เสื่อมสภาพ, และลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซม

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งคูลลิ่งทาวเวอร์ระบบปรับอากาศใหม่ในพื้นที่ตำบลบางพูด อำเภอปากเกร็ด จังหวัดนนทบุรี รวมถึงการรื้อถอนระบบเก่า, การติดตั้งระบบเมนไฟฟ้าและ Control Starter, การติดตั้งท่อและอุปกรณ์ประกอบ, และการติดตั้งฐานคอนกรีตพร้อมอุปกรณ์ป้องกันการสั่นสะเทือน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดและทำการทดสอบระบบเพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าระบบทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดฝึกอบรมการใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาระบบให้แก่บุคลากรของมหาวิทยาลัย พร้อมทั้งจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาฉบับภาษาไทย เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถใช้งานและดูแลรักษาระบบได้อย่างถูกต้อง

The project aims to improve the cooling tower system of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, which has been in use for a long time and has reduced efficiency. The goals are to increase the efficiency of the air conditioning system, prevent potential defects, reduce the risk of equipment deterioration, and reduce maintenance and repair costs.

The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of a new air conditioning cooling tower system in Bang Phut Subdistrict, Pak Kret District, Nonthaburi Province, including the demolition of the old system, installation of the main electrical system and Control Starter, installation of pipes and accessories, and installation of concrete foundations with vibration isolation equipment. The contractor must operate in accordance with the specified standards and test the system to ensure that it operates efficiently.

In addition, the contractor must provide training on the use and maintenance of the system to university personnel, along with a Thai-language user and maintenance manual, so that users can properly use and maintain the system.
