โครงการปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก พร้อมระบบระบายน้ำ ถนนหนองเกตุใหญ่ หมู่ที่ ๑ ตำบลหนองปลาไหล อำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาถนนชำรุดเสียหายอันเนื่องมาจากฝนตกเป็นประจำ ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อการสัญจรของประชาชนและก่อให้เกิดอุบัติเหตุ อีกทั้งยังเป็นการพัฒนาเส้นทางคมนาคมให้ได้มาตรฐานและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก โดยมีความกว้างไม่น้อยกว่า 5.00 เมตร ความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 345.00 เมตร และความหนาไม่น้อยกว่า 0.15 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่ผิวจราจรรวมไม่น้อยกว่า 2,070.00 ตารางเมตร นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการวางท่อระบายน้ำรวมบ่อพัก ขนาดเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 0.50 เมตร จำนวน 51 บ่อ พร้อมทั้งวางท่อข้ามทางจำนวน 16 จุด และก่อสร้างรางดักทราย ความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 5.00 เมตร จำนวน 1 จุด รวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการตามรูปแบบที่เทศบาลตำบลหนองปลาไหลกำหนด
โครงการนี้ใช้งบประมาณจากเทศบัญญัติรายจ่ายประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 เป็นจำนวน 3,906,000.00 บาท กำหนดระยะเวลาดำเนินการก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี
The project involves the improvement of reinforced concrete road along with drainage system on Nong Ket Yai Road, Moo 1, Nong Pla Lai Subdistrict, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province. The main objectives are to address road damage issues caused by frequent rainfall, which affects public transportation and causes accidents, and to develop the transportation route to meet standards and facilitate the public in the area.
The scope of work includes the improvement of reinforced concrete road with a width of not less than 5.00 meters, a length of not less than 345.00 meters, and a thickness of not less than 0.15 meters, accounting for a total traffic surface area of not less than 2,070.00 square meters. In addition, there is the installation of drainage pipes including manholes with a diameter of 0.50 meters, totaling 51 manholes, along with the installation of 16 road crossings, and the construction of a sand trap with a length of not less than 5.00 meters, totaling 1 point, including the installation of project signs according to the format specified by the Nong Pla Lai Subdistrict Municipality.
The project is funded from the annual expenditure budget of 2025, amounting to 3,906,000.00 baht. The construction period is set to be completed within 120 days from the date of signing the contract. The contractor must guarantee the defects of the work for a period of not less than 2 years.
