โครงการปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กพร้อมท่อระบายน้ํา ซอยหนองหัวแรต 5 (ตอนที่ ๒) หมู่ที่ ๕ ตำบลหนองปลาไหล อำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาถนนชำรุดเสียหายที่เกิดจากฝนตกเป็นประจำ ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อการสัญจรของประชาชนในพื้นที่ ทำให้เกิดความเดือดร้อนและอุบัติเหตุ โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายที่จะพัฒนาเส้นทางคมนาคมให้ได้มาตรฐานและอำนวยความสะดวกในการสัญจรของประชาชนภายในเขตเทศบาลตำบลหนองปลาไหล
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก ความกว้างไม่น้อยกว่า 4.00 เมตร ความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 244.00 เมตร ความหนาไม่น้อยกว่า 0.15 เมตร หรือคิดเป็นปริมาณพื้นที่ถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กไม่รวมบ่อพักไม่น้อยกว่า 433.75 ตารางเมตร พร้อมระบบระบายน้ํา รวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการตามแบบรูปรายการงานก่อสร้างที่เทศบาลตำบลหนองปลาไหลกำหนด
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญาจ้าง และรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี นับถัดจากวันที่ได้ส่งมอบงานและคณะกรรมการตรวจรับแล้ว
The project aims to improve the reinforced concrete road and drainage system in Soi Nong Hua Raet 5 (Section 2), Moo 5, Nong Pla Lai Subdistrict, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province. The objectives are to address the problems caused by damaged roads due to frequent rainfall, which affects the public’s commute, causes inconvenience, and leads to accidents. The project aims to develop transportation routes to meet standards and facilitate public transportation within the Nong Pla Lai Municipality area.
The scope of work includes improving the reinforced concrete road with a width of not less than 4.00 meters, a length of not less than 244.00 meters, and a thickness of not less than 0.15 meters, or a total reinforced concrete road area of not less than 433.75 square meters, excluding the manholes, along with a drainage system. This also includes installing project signs according to the construction drawing specifications defined by the Nong Pla Lai Municipality.
The contractor must complete the construction within 120 days from the date of signing the contract and guarantee the work’s defects for at least 2 years from the date of delivery and acceptance by the inspection committee.
