โครงการประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบไฟฟ้าของอาคารอำนวยการและอาคารวิทุรแสงสิงแก้วของสำนักงานประกันสังคม โดยผู้เข้าร่วมประมูลจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด เช่น ต้องไม่เป็นผู้ถูกระบุชื่อว่าเป็นผู้ทิ้งงาน, ต้องมีผลงานด้านระบบไฟฟ้าในอาคารที่แล้วเสร็จภายใน 5 ปีที่ผ่านมา มูลค่าไม่น้อยกว่า 12,000,000 บาท, และต้องได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิตอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบไฟฟ้า เช่น ระบบการส่งและกระจายไฟฟ้า (Busduct) และระบบควบคุมคุณภาพไฟฟ้า (Transmission Power Optimizer) นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคาต้องจัดทำตารางเปรียบเทียบรายละเอียดข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคของโครงการ เพื่อให้สำนักงานประกันสังคมพิจารณาข้อเสนอได้ง่ายขึ้น

This electronic bidding project aims to improve the electrical systems of the Office Building and Witun Saengsingkaew Building of the Social Security Office.
