โครงการนี้เป็นงานจ้างถมดินบดอัดแน่นและปรับพื้นที่ รวมถึงค่าก่อสร้างส่วนประกอบอื่น ๆ ในโครงการบรรเทาอุทกภัยเมืองนครศรีธรรมราชอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำท่วมซ้ำซากในพื้นที่เศรษฐกิจของจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช โดยการสร้างคลองระบายน้ำอ้อมเมืองเพื่อผันน้ำส่วนเกินออกสู่ทะเล โครงการนี้ได้รับอนุมัติจากคณะรัฐมนตรีเมื่อวันที่ 12 ธันวาคม 2560 โดยมีงบประมาณรวมทั้งสิ้นประมาณ 9,850 ล้านบาท
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการถมดินบดอัดแน่น ปรับพื้นที่ตามแบบรูปรายการละเอียด และก่อสร้างส่วนประกอบอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการตามเงื่อนไขทั่วไปและเงื่อนไขเฉพาะของงานก่อสร้าง รวมถึงรายละเอียดด้านวิศวกรรมที่กำหนด กำหนดระยะเวลาส่งมอบงาน 210 วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ได้รับแจ้งให้เริ่มทำงาน การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนดและต้องใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด

This project involves the compacted backfilling and land adjustment, including the construction costs of other components, for the Flood Mitigation Project in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province under Royal Initiative. The objective is to address the recurring flooding issues in the economic area of Nakhon Si Thammarat by constructing a bypass canal to divert excess water to the sea. The project was approved by the Cabinet on December 12, 2017, with a total budget of approximately 9,850 million baht.
The scope of work includes compacted backfilling, land adjustment according to detailed drawings, and the construction of other related components. The contractor must comply with the general and specific construction conditions, as well as the specified engineering details. The delivery period is 210 days from the date of notification to commence work. The selection of the winning bid will be based on price criteria. The contractor must guarantee the work’s defects within the specified period and use domestically produced materials for at least 60% of the total material value.
