โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อวัสดุที่ใช้ในโครงการสนับสนุนผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่สำหรับผู้ที่มีภาวะพึ่งพิง และผู้ที่มีปัญหาการกลั้นปัสสาวะหรืออุจจาระไม่ได้ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยได้รับการสนับสนุนผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่ตามสิทธิประโยชน์ในระบบหลักประกันสุขภาพแห่งชาติ

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การจัดซื้อ:

• ผ้าอ้อมผู้ใหญ่ จำนวน 88,800 ชิ้น (ขนาด M: 33,720 ชิ้น, ขนาด L: 55,080 ชิ้น) ที่มีคุณสมบัติซึมซับดี, ป้องกันการรั่วซึม, สวมใส่สบาย และมีขนาดตามที่กำหนด
• แผ่นรองซับการขับถ่าย จำนวน 10,920 ชิ้น ที่มีคุณสมบัติหนานุ่ม, แอนตี้แบคทีเรีย, ซึมซับเร็ว และมีขอบซีลป้องกันการรั่วซึม
• แผ่นเสริมซึมซับ จำนวน 4,560 ชิ้น ที่มีคุณสมบัตินุ่ม, ลดการสะสมของแบคทีเรีย, มีขอบตั้งป้องกันการรั่วซึม และมีแถบกาว

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และการพิจารณาผลจะใช้เกณฑ์การประเมินราคาต่อค่าประสิทธิภาพ โดยพิจารณาทั้งด้านราคาและคุณภาพ (ปริมาณการซึมซับและความคงทน) มีระยะเวลาส่งมอบพัสดุ 50 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา

This project aims to procure materials for the adult diaper support program, including 88,800 adult diapers (sizes M and L), 10,920 underpads, and 4,560 booster pads. The objective is to support individuals with dependency and those with urinary or fecal incontinence, ensuring they have access to healthcare benefits under the National Health Security System.

The scope of work includes:

• Procurement of 88,800 adult diapers (M: 33,720, L: 55,080) with good absorbency, leak protection, comfort, and specified sizes.
• Procurement of 10,920 underpads that are soft, antibacterial, quick-drying, and have sealed edges.
• Procurement of 4,560 booster pads that are soft, antibacterial, have standing cuffs, and adhesive tape.

Bidders must meet the specified qualifications. The evaluation will be based on a price-performance assessment, considering both price and quality (absorbency and durability). The delivery period is 50 days from the contract signing date.
