โรงเรียนโยธินบูรณะ มีความประสงค์จะจ้างเหมาบริการรักษาความสะอาดอาคารสถานที่ เพื่อดูแลความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่ภายในและภายนอกโรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย อาคารเรียน ห้องพักครู ห้องสำนักงาน ห้องปฏิบัติการ และห้องสุขา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบำรุงรักษาอาคารสถานที่ให้สะอาดเรียบร้อยตลอดเวลา และส่งเสริมบรรยากาศที่ดีในการเรียนการสอนและการทำงาน

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการทำความสะอาดหลากหลายรูปแบบ เช่น การปัดกวาด ดูดฝุ่น ถูพื้น ลงน้ำยาขัดพื้น เคลือบเงา ขัดพื้นและขัดเงา ลอกพื้นและเคลือบพื้น การทำความสะอาดพรม เฟอร์นิเจอร์ เครื่องใช้สำนักงาน ฝาผนัง ฝ้าเพดาน กระจก ม่าน โคมไฟ หลอดไฟ ปลั๊กไฟ หน้ากากเครื่องปรับอากาศและพัดลม รวมถึงการขัดเงาบริเวณที่เป็นโลหะและอลูมิเนียม

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาพนักงานทำความสะอาดจำนวน 17 คน ปฏิบัติงานตามพื้นที่ที่กำหนดในแต่ละอาคารและชั้นต่างๆ ของโรงเรียน โดยจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติและเอกสารรับรองตามที่กำหนด เช่น ใบรับรองแพทย์ และใบแสดงผลการตรวจสารเสพติด นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ทำความสะอาดที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมและไม่มีสารอันตราย

ระยะเวลาในการจ้างเหมาบริการคือ 12 เดือน

Yothinburana School intends to hire cleaning services for its buildings and premises to maintain cleanliness and orderliness both inside and outside the school area. This includes classrooms, teachers’ rooms, offices, laboratories, and restrooms, with the objective of maintaining clean and tidy premises at all times and promoting a good learning and working environment.

The scope of work covers various cleaning methods such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, floor polishing, waxing, scrubbing, stripping, carpet cleaning, cleaning furniture, office equipment, walls, ceilings, glass, curtains, lamps, light bulbs, electrical outlets, air conditioning vents, fans, and polishing metal and aluminum surfaces.

The contractor must provide 17 cleaning staff to work in designated areas of each building and floor of the school. They must possess the required qualifications and certifications, such as medical certificates and drug test results. In addition, the contractor must use environmentally friendly and non-hazardous cleaning products.

The contract duration for the cleaning service is 12 months.
