วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีและอุตสาหกรรมการต่อเรือพระนครศรีอยุธยา มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดจ้างโครงการจัดทำรั้วกำแพงวิทยาลัยฯ เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการลักขโมยทรัพย์สิน และควบคุมการเข้า-ออกของนักเรียน นักศึกษา โดยจะดำเนินการก่อสร้างรั้วกำแพงสำเร็จรูปด้านหลังวิทยาลัยฯ ซึ่งติดกับชุมชนเกาะลอย มีความยาว 320 เมตร สูง 2 เมตร พร้อมประตูรั้วเหล็กแบบรางเลื่อน ขนาด 4x2 เมตร จำนวน 1 ช่อง ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันกับงานที่เสนอ วงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 40% ของราคางานจ้าง ภายใน 2 ปี กำหนดส่งมอบงานภายใน 180 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยวิทยาลัยฯ จะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอโดยคำนึงถึงเกณฑ์ราคาและเกณฑ์อื่นๆ ประกอบกัน ผู้รับจ้างต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และต้องมีวิศวกรผู้ควบคุมงานระดับสามัญวิศวกร สาขาโยธา

The College of Technology and Shipbuilding Industry, Ayutthaya, intends to hire a contractor for the construction of a perimeter fence.
