โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างปรับปรุงระบบตรวจอาวุธและวัตถุระเบิดแบบ EDS พร้อมอุปกรณ์ประกอบ ณ ท่าอากาศยานสกลนคร เพื่อยกระดับความปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐาน ICAO และ NCASP โดยขอบเขตงานครอบคลุม: 1) การปรับปรุงเครื่องตรวจอาวุธและวัตถุระเบิดแบบ EDS; 2) การปรับปรุงระบบ X-Ray สำหรับตรวจสัมภาระลงทะเบียน; 3) การปรับปรุงระบบสายพานลำเลียงสัมภาระ (Baggage Handling System); 4) การปรับปรุงระบบควบคุม, ปรับแต่งซอฟต์แวร์, และอุปกรณ์ประกอบทั้งหมด ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบงานภายใน 180 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา วงเงินงบประมาณ 6,317,500 บาท การประเมินจะพิจารณาจากราคาต่ำสุดที่ผ่านเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติ

This project is for the procurement of the upgrade of the EDS weapon and explosive detection system, including related equipment, at Sakon Nakhon Airport. The scope of work includes: 1) Upgrading the Explosive Detection System (EDS) machine; 2) Upgrading the X-Ray system for hold baggage inspection; 3) Upgrading the Baggage Handling System; 4) Upgrading the control system, software adjustments, and all related equipment. The contractor must complete the work within 180 days from the contract signing date. The budget is 6,317,500 baht. Evaluation will be based on the lowest price that meets the qualifications.
