สำนักงานสภาพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ (สศช.) มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการเช่ารถยนต์นั่งส่วนกลางประเภทรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า (BEV) จำนวน 3 คัน เป็นระยะเวลา 5 ปี (พ.ศ. 2568 - 2573) เพื่อทดแทนรถยนต์เดิมที่หมดสัญญาเช่า และเพื่อสนับสนุนภารกิจของสำนักงานฯ ในการเดินทางไปราชการ ประชุม อบรม สัมมนา ทั้งในกรุงเทพมหานคร ปริมณฑล และต่างจังหวัด โครงการนี้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของรัฐบาลในการส่งเสริมการใช้ยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) เพื่อลดมลพิษและบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน การจัดซื้อจัดจ้างครั้งนี้จะใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยพิจารณาจากเกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด ผู้ที่สนใจจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และยื่นข้อเสนอผ่านระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง รถยนต์ไฟฟ้าที่เช่าจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามข้อกำหนด เช่น เป็นรถยนต์อย่างน้อย 4 ประตู 5 ที่นั่ง, กำลังมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าตั้งแต่ 110 กิโลวัตต์ขึ้นไป, วิ่งได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 420 กิโลเมตรต่อการชาร์จหนึ่งครั้ง, และมีอุปกรณ์ครบถ้วนตามมาตรฐาน รวมถึงการติดตั้งเครื่องชาร์จ EV

The Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC) intends to lease three electric vehicles (BEVs) for a period of 5 years (2025-2029) to replace existing leased vehicles and to support the agency’s mission in attending official trips, meetings, training, and seminars in Bangkok, its vicinity, and other provinces. This project is in line with the government’s policy to promote the use of electric vehicles (EVs) to reduce pollution and achieve sustainable development goals. The procurement will be conducted through electronic bidding (e-bidding), based on the lowest price criterion. Interested parties must meet the specified qualifications and submit proposals through the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department. The leased electric vehicles must meet the specified requirements, such as being at least a 4-door, 5-seater vehicle, having a motor power of 110 kW or more, a range of at least 420 km per charge, and being fully equipped according to standards, including the installation of an EV charger.
