สำนักงานพลังงานจังหวัดแม่ฮ่องสอน ประกาศจัดซื้อจัดจ้างเทคโนโลยีพลังงานชุมชน ภายใต้งบประมาณโครงการเพิ่มสมรรถนะด้านการบริหารและจัดการพลังงานครบวงจรในชุมชนระดับตำบล ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 วงเงิน 523,000 บาท โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น (อปท.) และชุมชนในการบริหารจัดการพลังงานอย่างมีส่วนร่วม พัฒนาเครือข่ายภาคประชาชน และส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านพลังงานอย่างยั่งยืน โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการจัดซื้อเทคโนโลยีพลังงาน 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ 1) ตู้อบแห้งพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ขนาด 2x2 เมตร จำนวน 13 ตู้ 2) ระบบสูบน้ำพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์แบบเคลื่อนที่ ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 320 วัตต์ จำนวน 4 ระบบ 3) เตาเผาถ่านแบบตั้ง ขนาด 200 ลิตร จำนวน 2 เตา และ 4) ไฟถนนพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ (Solar Street Light) พร้อมเสา จำนวน 15 ชุด ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องส่งมอบพัสดุทั้งหมดภายใน 120 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และต้องรับประกันอุปกรณ์เป็นเวลา 1 ปี โดยพิจารณาจากราคาที่เสนอ

The Mae Hong Son Provincial Energy Office announces the procurement of community energy technologies under the budget of the project to enhance the management of comprehensive energy at the sub-district and community level for the fiscal year 2025, with a budget of 523,000 baht. The objectives are to enhance the potential of local administrative organizations (LAOs) and communities in participatory energy management, to develop a network of the public sector, and to promote sustainable energy knowledge. This project covers the procurement of 4 types of energy technologies: 1) Solar dryer, size 2x2 meters, 13 units; 2) Portable solar water pumping system, size not less than 320 watts, 4 units; 3) Fixed charcoal stove, size 200 liters, 2 stoves; and 4) Solar street light with poles, 15 sets. Bidders must deliver all supplies within 120 days from the date of signing the contract and must guarantee the equipment for 1 year. The price offered will be the main consideration.
