โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) รหัสสายทาง สท.ถ.19-063 หรือถนนสายพระร่วง ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลหาดเสียว และหมู่ที่ 4 ตำบลหนองอ้อ โครงการมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการคมนาคมขนส่งในพื้นที่ ทำให้ประชาชนสามารถเดินทางและขนส่งสินค้าได้สะดวกและรวดเร็วยิ่งขึ้น ถนนที่ก่อสร้างใหม่นี้ จะมีความกว้าง 5.00 เมตร ความยาว 1,745 เมตร และหนา 0.15 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่ผิวจราจรไม่น้อยกว่า 8,725 ตารางเมตร นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการวางท่อระบายน้ำขนาด 1.00 x 1.00 เมตร จำนวน 14 ท่อน (2 แถว) บริเวณ กม. 1+116 เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการระบายน้ำและป้องกันปัญหาน้ำท่วมขัง การก่อสร้างจะดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานงานทางหลวงชนบท โดยใช้วัสดุที่มีคุณภาพตามที่กำหนดในแบบ และมีการควบคุมคุณภาพงานอย่างเข้มงวดเพื่อให้ถนนมีความแข็งแรง ทนทาน และใช้งานได้ในระยะยาว ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการสำรวจพื้นที่ จัดทำแบบ และก่อสร้างตามรูปแบบรายการที่กำหนดไว้ รวมถึงต้องบริหารจัดการโครงการให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและงบประมาณที่ได้รับอนุมัติ

This project involves the construction of a reinforced concrete road (RCC), route code ST.TH.19-063, or Phra Ruang Road, located in Moo 3, Hat Siao Subdistrict, and Moo 4, Nong O Subdistrict. The project aims to improve transportation infrastructure in the area, enabling residents to travel and transport goods more conveniently and quickly. The new road will be 5.00 meters wide, 1,745 meters long, and 0.15 meters thick, with a surface area of at least 8,725 square meters. In addition, 14 drainage pipes (2 rows) with a size of 1.00 x 1.00 meters will be installed at km 1+116 to improve drainage efficiency and prevent flooding. The construction will be carried out according to rural highway standards, using quality materials as specified in the design, and strict quality control will be implemented to ensure the road is strong, durable, and long-lasting. The contractor must conduct site surveys, prepare designs, and construct according to the specified formats and lists, as well as manage the project according to the approved plan and budget.
