โครงการนี้เป็นงานจ้างจัดหา, ติดตั้ง, และเชื่อมต่อท่อเหล็กกล้าเชื่อมด้วยไฟฟ้าและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบส่งน้ำในพื้นที่ทุ่งดอนกอกตอนล่าง ตำบลหนองโรง อำเภอพนมทวน จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก 3 ประการ ได้แก่ (1) เพื่อใช้เป็นแหล่งกระจายน้ำสำหรับอุปโภคบริโภคของราษฎรในพื้นที่ (2) เพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตทางการเกษตร และ (3) เพื่อเพิ่มแหล่งน้ำในการสนับสนุนกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของชาวบ้านในพื้นที่ โครงการมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 8,340,500 บาท โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบงานภายใน 30 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งท่อเหล็กกล้าเชื่อมด้วยไฟฟ้าตามมาตรฐาน มอก.427-2562 พร้อมอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น สามทาง, ท่อแยกสามทาง, ประตูน้ำ, ข้อต่อ, และวาล์วอากาศ รวมถึงการขนย้าย, วางเรียง, เชื่อมต่อ, และติดตั้งทั้งหมดตามรายละเอียดที่ระบุใน TOR การจ่ายเงินจะแบ่งเป็น 2 งวด งวดแรก 80% เมื่อส่งมอบงานและอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมด งวดสุดท้าย 20% เมื่อติดตั้งและตรวจรับงานเรียบร้อยแล้ว ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมประมูลจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขการประมูลด้วยวิธีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding)

This project involves the procurement, installation, and connection of electric-welded steel pipes and related equipment to improve the water supply system in the Thung Don Kok area, Nong Roeng Sub-district, Phanom Thuan District, Kanchanaburi Province. The project has three main objectives: (1) to serve as a water distribution source for consumption by the local population, (2) to increase agricultural productivity, and (3) to increase the water source to support various activities of the villagers in the area. The project has a budget of 8,340,500 baht. The contractor must deliver the work within 30 days after signing the contract.

The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of electric-welded steel pipes according to the TIS 427-2562 standard, along with related equipment such as three-way pipes, three-way pipe separators, water gates, fittings, and air valves, including transportation, laying, connecting, and installation according to the details specified in the TOR. Payments will be divided into 2 installments: the first installment of 80% upon delivery of all work and equipment, and the final installment of 20% upon completion of installation and inspection of the work. Interested bidders must have the specified qualifications and comply with the e-bidding conditions.
