เทศบาลตำบลโชคชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา มีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อรถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ ขนาด 1 ตัน จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อใช้ในกิจการงานของกองช่าง และไว้ใช้ในการออกปฏิบัติงานในเขตพื้นที่และนอกพื้นที่ เช่น งานสำรวจ, งานตรวจสอบ, งานควบคุมกำกับดูแล/การติดตามงาน, งานซ่อมแซมบำรุงรักษาถนน, ระบบระบายน้ำ, การซ่อมแซมผิวจราจร, งานอาคารและไฟฟ้าสาธารณะ รวมถึงการติดต่อประสานงานหน่วยงานอื่นและการส่งเอกสารต่างๆ รถคันเดิมมีสภาพทรุดโทรมและใช้งานมานาน (22 ปี) จึงจำเป็นต้องจัดซื้อคันใหม่เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน

รถบรรทุกที่จัดซื้อต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะตามที่กำหนด เช่น ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 110 กิโลวัตต์, ขับเคลื่อน 2 ล้อ, เป็นกระบะสำเร็จรูป, ห้องโดยสารแบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ 4 ประตู แบบยกสูง, มีกันชนท้าย, กระบะพีอีทับกระบะหลักอีกชั้น, ระบบเกียร์อัตโนมัติ, และรวมเครื่องปรับอากาศ ภายในงบประมาณ 971,000 บาท

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้ง และมีศูนย์บริการในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา ต้องรับประกันคุณภาพรถยนต์เป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี หรือระยะทาง 100,000 กิโลเมตร พร้อมทั้งดำเนินการจดทะเบียนรถยนต์และทำประกันภัยรถยนต์ประเภทชั้นหนึ่งให้แก่เทศบาล

Chokchai Municipality, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, intends to purchase one 1-ton double-cab diesel truck for the Department of Public Works. The truck will be used for field operations such as surveying, inspection, supervision/monitoring, road maintenance, drainage system maintenance, traffic surface repairs, building and public lighting maintenance, coordinating with other agencies, and delivering documents. The existing truck is dilapidated and has been in use for 22 years, necessitating the purchase of a new one to improve operational efficiency.

The purchased truck must meet specific requirements such as an engine displacement of no less than 2,400 cc or a maximum engine power of no less than 110 kW, 2-wheel drive, a ready-made bed, a 4-door double-cab, a high-lift type, a rear bumper, a PE bed liner, an automatic transmission, and air conditioning, within a budget of 971,000 baht.

Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers with a service center in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. They must guarantee the quality of the truck for at least 3 years or 100,000 kilometers and register the vehicle and provide first-class vehicle insurance to the municipality.
