โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อถุงบรรจุโลหิต 4 ถุง CPD/SAGM2 พร้อม Safety จำนวน 4,800 ถุง สำหรับโรงพยาบาลประจวบคีรีขันธ์ เพื่อใช้ในการเตรียมส่วนประกอบของเลือดที่หลากหลาย เช่น LPRC, FFP และ PC เพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับการรักษาผู้ป่วย คุณสมบัติของผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นไปตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย ไม่อยู่ระหว่างเลิกกิจการ และไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับผู้เสนอราคารายอื่น ผู้เสนอราคาต้องส่งมอบพัสดุทั้งหมดภายใน 365 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยจะพิจารณาจากราคาที่รวมทั้งหมด ผู้ขายต้องมีอุปกรณ์สำหรับบีบแยกส่วนประกอบของเลือดอัตโนมัติให้อย่างน้อย 3 ชุด พร้อมเครื่องสำรองไฟและ Auto-sealer และเครื่องชั่งน้ำหนักพร้อมเขย่าถุงเลือดอัตโนมัติอย่างน้อย 2 เครื่อง พร้อมบำรุงรักษาตลอดระยะเวลาการใช้งาน
This project involves the procurement of 4,800 units of 4-bag blood bag systems CPD/SAGM2 with Safety features for Prachuap Khiri Khan Hospital. These bags will be used to prepare various blood components such as LPRC, FFP, and PC for patient treatment. Bidders must meet specific qualifications and deliver the goods within 365 days of contract signing. The evaluation will be based on the total price offered. The seller must provide at least 3 automatic blood component separator devices with UPS and Auto-sealer, and at least 2 automatic blood bag weighing and shaking machines, with maintenance throughout the period of use.
