รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักในการแก้ไขปัญหารอยแตกร้าวและการรั่วซึมของผนังและหลังคาห้องเรียนขนาดใหญ่ในอาคารเรียนรวม ณ ตำบลรางบัว อำเภอจอมบึง จังหวัดราชบุรี ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการรื้อถอนหลังคาเมทัลชีทเดิมและการติดตั้งหลังคาเมทัลชีทแบบแซนวิชใหม่ เพื่อป้องกันการรั่วซึมและเพิ่มฉนวนกันความร้อน นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการซ่อมแซมรางน้ำคอนกรีตและติดตั้ง Flashing เพื่อป้องกันน้ำย้อน การปรับปรุงฝ้าเพดานโดยการรื้อถอนฝ้าเดิมและติดตั้งฝ้า Cool-tek แบบกันความชื้น รวมถึงการปรับปรุงระบบปรับอากาศภายในห้อง Slope ใหม่ทั้งหมด การซ่อมแซมผิวพื้นห้องเดิมด้วย PU คอนกรีต และการปูกระเบื้องยางลายไม้บริเวณเวทีเพื่อความสวยงามและทนทาน การปรับปรุงระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบปรับอากาศภายในห้อง Slope ให้ทันสมัยและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินโครงการคือ 210 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับแจ้งให้เริ่มงานจากมหาวิทยาลัยฯ
The project aims to repair cracks, fissures, and leaks in the walls and roof of a 200-person classroom in the academic building located in Rang Bua, Chom Bueng District, Ratchaburi Province. The scope of work includes the demolition and replacement of the existing metal sheet roof with a new sandwich metal sheet roof, repair of concrete gutters with flashing installation, renovation of ceilings and air conditioning systems, repair of the room’s surface with PU concrete, and installation of wood-patterned rubber tiles on the stage area. Additionally, it includes upgrading the electrical and air conditioning systems within the Slope room. The project duration is 210 days from the date of notification to commence work from the university.
