โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกขยะ ขนาด 6 ตัน 6 ล้อ แบบอัดท้าย จำนวน 1 คัน สำหรับเทศบาลตำบลคอนสาร อำเภอคอนสาร จังหวัดชัยภูมิ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารจัดการขยะมูลฝอยในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ โดยรถบรรทุกขยะที่จัดซื้อต้องเป็นไปตามคุณสมบัติเฉพาะที่กำหนดใน TOR ซึ่งรวมถึงตู้บรรทุกมูลฝอยที่มีความจุไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ลูกบาศก์เมตร, ตัวถังทำด้วยเหล็กหนาตามมาตรฐาน, เครื่องยนต์ดีเซลขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า 5 สูบ หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 170 กิโลวัตต์, ระบบอัดท้ายทำงานด้วยระบบไฮดรอลิกที่สามารถผลิตแรงดันได้ตามเกณฑ์, และอุปกรณ์เสริมต่างๆ เช่น โคมไฟสัญญาณวับวาบสีเหลือง นอกจากนี้ TOR ยังกำหนดคุณสมบัติของตัวรถยนต์, ระบบเครื่องยนต์, ระบบส่งกำลัง, ระบบน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง, ระบบกันสะเทือน, ระบบห้ามล้อ, ระบบไฟฟ้า, และชุดตู้บรรทุกมูลฝอยแบบอัดท้าย เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ารถบรรทุกขยะที่จัดซื้อมีคุณภาพและเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานจริง

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติเป็นผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งจากผู้ผลิต และต้องมีระบบมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 และ ISO 14001 รวมถึงต้องแนบแคตตาล็อกและเอกสารรับรองต่างๆ เพื่อประกอบการพิจารณา

This project aims to procure one unit of a 6-ton, 6-wheeled rear-loading garbage truck for the Khon San Subdistrict Municipality, Khon San District, Chaiyaphum Province. The objective is to enhance the efficiency of waste management in the responsible area. The purchased garbage truck must meet the specific requirements outlined in the TOR, including a waste container capacity of at least 10 cubic meters, a body made of standard-thickness steel, a diesel engine with no less than 5 cylinders or a maximum engine power of at least 170 kilowatts, a rear loading system operating with hydraulics capable of producing the specified pressure, and various accessories such as a yellow flashing beacon. The TOR also specifies the characteristics of the vehicle, engine system, transmission system, fuel system, suspension system, braking system, electrical system, and rear-loading waste container set to ensure the quality and suitability of the purchased garbage truck for actual use.

Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized distributors appointed by the manufacturer and must possess ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standard systems. They must also attach catalogs and certification documents for consideration.
