โครงการนี้เป็นการเสริมผิวถนนลาดยางแบบแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีตในซอยบ้านอดีตผู้ใหญ่แป๊ะ หมู่ที่ 8 ตำบลบางกระทึก อำเภอสามพราน จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงพื้นผิวถนนให้มีความเรียบและสม่ำเสมอมากขึ้น ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การเสริมผิวจราจรกว้าง 4.00 เมตร หนา 0.05 เมตร ระยะทาง 370.00 เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,480.00 ตารางเมตร พร้อมติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการจำนวน 1 ป้าย ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการตามมาตรฐานงานทางหลวงชนบท รวมถึงข้อกำหนดด้านวัสดุและการบดอัดแน่น นอกจากนี้ยังต้องมีการตีเส้นจราจรด้วยวัสดุเทอร์โมพลาสติกตามมาตรฐาน มอก. และจัดการอำนวยความสะดวกด้านการจราจรระหว่างการก่อสร้าง โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเพิ่มความสะดวกและความปลอดภัยในการสัญจรของประชาชนในพื้นที่
