รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อสายส่งน้ําดับเพลิงสําหรับใช้ประกอบกับรถดับเพลิง เครื่องดับเพลิงชนิดหาบหาม และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ในการดับเพลิง เพื่อให้พร้อมใช้งานในสถานีดับเพลิงต่างๆ โดยมีรายการที่จะจัดซื้อคือ สายส่งน้ําดับเพลิงขนาด 1.5 นิ้ว (ยาว 30 เมตร) จํานวน 1,920 เส้น และสายส่งน้ําดับเพลิงขนาด 2.5 นิ้ว (ยาว 20 เมตร) จํานวน 960 เส้น
ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกําหนด ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Electronic Government Procurement : e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง
สายส่งน้ําดับเพลิงที่จัดซื้อต้องมีคุณลักษณะเฉพาะตามที่กําหนด เช่น ได้รับมาตรฐาน NFPA ๑๙๖๒, BS ๖๓๙๑, EN๑๔๕๔๐, DIN ๑๔๘๑๑, FM, UL, JIS, มอก. หรืออย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ทนทานต่อแรงอัดดันน้ํา สารเคมี กรด ด่าง และผลิตภัณฑ์ปิโตรเคมี
ผู้ขายจะต้องรับประกันการรั่วซึม การเสื่อมสภาพ หรือการชํารุดในสภาพการใช้งานปกติเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี และต้องส่งมอบของภายใน 120 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
This project involves the procurement of fire hoses for the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration’s Fire and Rescue Department. The specifics are 1,920 units of 1.5-inch fire hoses and 960 units of 2.5-inch fire hoses. The hoses are intended for efficient and rapid fire suppression and disaster relief operations. Bidders must meet legal requirements, have no conflicts of interest, and be registered in the government’s e-GP system. The fire hoses must meet specific standards such as NFPA 1962, BS 6391, EN 14540, DIN 14811, FM, UL, JIS, or TIS, and be resistant to water pressure, chemicals, acids, alkalis, and petrochemical products. The seller must guarantee against leaks, degradation, or defects under normal use for at least 1 year, and delivery must be completed within 120 days of signing the contract.
