ประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อจัดซื้อวัสดุงานบ้านงานครัว (ถุงพลาสติก) จำนวน 5 รายการ ให้กับโรงพยาบาลตำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้มีวัสดุคงคลังสำหรับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ภายในโรงพยาบาลตำรวจ โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,330,545.00 บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาถุงพลาสติกตามคุณลักษณะเฉพาะที่กำหนดไว้ในเอกสารแนบท้าย โดยมีกำหนดส่งมอบเป็นจำนวน 6 งวด ภายใน 180 วันนับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โรงพยาบาลตำรวจจะจ่ายเงินเป็นจำนวน 6 งวดตามสัดส่วนที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR โดยจะพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะการยื่นข้อเสนอโดยใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของสิ่งของที่ซื้อเป็นเวลา 6 เดือน

Electronic bidding for the procurement of 5 items of household and kitchen materials (plastic bags) for the Police General Hospital. The objective is to have a stockpile of materials for various departments within the hospital. The budget is 1,330,545.00 Baht. Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR and be registered in the e-Government Procurement (e-GP) system of the Comptroller General’s Department.

The scope of work includes the supply of plastic bags according to the specifications in the annexes. Delivery is scheduled in 6 installments within 180 days from the date of contract signing. The Police General Hospital will make payments in 6 installments as specified in the TOR. The selection of the winning bidder will be based on price. The winning bidder must guarantee the purchased items against defects for 6 months.
