ประกาศเชิญชวนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โครงการจ้างก่อสร้างงานปรับปรุงซ่อมแซมสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งประจำจังหวัดปราจีนบุรี ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ วงเงินงบประมาณ 5,529,000 บาท โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงและซ่อมแซมอาคารสำนักงานให้มีความมั่นคง แข็งแรง และสวยงาม เหมาะสมกับการใช้งาน

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย งานรื้อถอนและติดตั้งใหม่ เช่น วัสดุมุงหลังคา ฝ้าเพดาน สุขภัณฑ์ ระบบประปา ระบบแจ้งเหตุเพลิงไหม้ รวมถึงงานก่อสร้างป้ายสำนักงาน รั้วและประตู ปรับปรุงลานอเนกประสงค์ และงานรื้อถอนและติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศ

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด มีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันกับวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 2,764,500 บาท และต้องขึ้นทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) กำหนดระยะเวลาส่งมอบงาน 210 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยแบ่งจ่ายเงินเป็น 8 งวดตามความสำเร็จของงาน

สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้งประจำจังหวัดปราจีนบุรีจะพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอโดยใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี และต้องมีและใช้ผู้ผ่านการทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือช่างในอัตราไม่ต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 10 ของแต่ละสาขาช่าง

Invitation to bid for the electronic bidding (e-bidding) project for the construction of renovation and repair work at the Office of the Election Commission of Prachinburi Province, fiscal year 2025, with a budget of 5,529,000 Baht. The objective is to renovate and repair the office building to be stable, strong, beautiful, and suitable for use.

The scope of work includes demolition and new installation work such as roofing materials, ceilings, sanitary ware, plumbing systems, fire alarm systems, as well as the construction of office signs, fences and gates, renovation of multipurpose areas, and demolition and installation of air conditioners.

Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, have construction work of the same type with a value of not less than 2,764,500 Baht, and must be registered in the government procurement system with electronics (e-GP). The delivery period is 210 days from the date of signing the contract, with payment divided into 8 installments according to the success of the work.

The Office of the Election Commission of Prachinburi Province will consider selecting bids based on price criteria. The winning bidder must guarantee defects in the work for a period of not less than 2 years and must have and use skilled labor who have passed the skill standard test at a rate of not less than 10 percent of each field of skilled labor.
