กระทรวงพาณิชย์มีความประสงค์จะจัดทำวีดิทัศน์เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ผลการดำเนินงานในปี ๒๕๖๘ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่ข้อมูลและสร้างความเข้าใจในบทบาทภารกิจของกระทรวงต่อสาธารณชน โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการผลิตวีดิทัศน์ ๕ ชิ้น ได้แก่ วีดิทัศน์ประชาสัมพันธ์ (๓ ชิ้น), วีดิทัศน์สรุปผลการดำเนินงาน, และวีดิทัศน์สรุปผลรางวัลประจำปี ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำแผนงาน, เค้าโครงเรื่อง, บทวีดิทัศน์, และ Story Board ก่อนผลิตจริง รวมถึงจัดหาภาพ, เสียงบรรยาย, และกราฟิกประกอบ โดยวีดิทัศน์ต้องมีความคมชัดสูง (High Definition) และเป็นไปตามบทที่ได้รับอนุมัติ นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาเจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงานเพื่อการดำเนินงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการตั้งแต่ลงนามในสัญญาจนถึงวันที่ ๑๕ กันยายน ๒๕๖๘ และมีงบประมาณรวม ๑,๑๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท การประเมินจะพิจารณาจากราคา (๓๐%) และข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิค (๗๐%)

The Ministry of Commerce is organizing a video production project to publicize its performance in 2025. The project aims to disseminate information and build understanding of the ministry’s roles and missions to the public. This project includes the production of 5 videos: promotional videos (3 pieces), a summary of operations video, and a video summarizing annual awards. The contractor must prepare a work plan, storyboard, script, and Story Board before actual production, as well as provide images, voiceovers, and graphic compositions. The videos must be in high definition and follow the approved script. In addition, the contractor must provide a coordination officer for efficient operation. The project duration is from the date of signing the contract until September 15, 2025, and has a total budget of 1,100,000 baht. The evaluation will consider price (30%) and technical proposals (70%).
