โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักในการเพิ่มศักยภาพระบบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ด้านแรงงาน (Labour Big Data Analytics) เพื่อพัฒนากำลังแรงงานของประเทศ โดยจะทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลร่วมกับข้อมูลโซเชียล (Social Data) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อมูลด้านแรงงานจากสื่อโซเชียลมีเดียและเว็บไซต์ต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้เข้าใจสถานการณ์ตลาดแรงงานและความต้องการของนายจ้าง

นอกจากนี้ โครงการจะพัฒนาระบบ AI ที่สามารถทำงานอัตโนมัติในการจัดการข้อมูลจากชุดข้อมูลที่มีความหลากหลายได้อย่างแม่นยำและรวดเร็ว เพื่อใช้ในการวิเคราะห์แนวโน้มความต้องการของตลาดแรงงาน และสนับสนุนหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการตัดสินใจด้านการพัฒนากำลังแรงงานให้สอดคล้องกับตลาดแรงงานทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ

โครงการยังมุ่งเน้นการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพฐานข้อมูลแรงงานให้พร้อมสำหรับการทำงานร่วมกับเทคโนโลยีปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) และกระบวนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Data Analytics) รวมถึงบูรณาการฐานข้อมูลด้านแรงงานที่มีอยู่ให้สามารถให้บริการข้อมูลด้านแรงงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเชื่อมโยงแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกับหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ผ่าน Data Portal ที่ทันสมัย ทำให้กระทรวงแรงงานเป็นศูนย์กลางข้อมูลด้านแรงงานที่สำคัญของประเทศ

This project aims to enhance the Labour Big Data Analytics system to develop the country’s workforce. It involves analyzing data in conjunction with social data related to labor information from various social media platforms and websites to understand the labor market situation and employer needs.

Additionally, the project will develop an AI system capable of automatically and accurately managing data from diverse datasets for analyzing labor market trends. This supports relevant agencies in making decisions regarding workforce development in line with both domestic and international labor markets.

The project also focuses on improving the efficiency of the labor database to prepare it for working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Analytics processes. It includes integrating existing labor databases to efficiently provide labor information and facilitate data exchange with other agencies through a modern Data Portal, positioning the Ministry of Labour as the country’s central hub for labor data.
