เทศบาลเมืองราชบุรีมีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อก๊าซคลอรีน 99.5% (คลอรีนเหลว) จำนวน 37,000 กิโลกรัม เพื่อใช้ในการฆ่าเชื้อโรคในกระบวนการผลิตน้ำประปา ณ โรงผลิตน้ำประปาถนนไกรเพชร และโรงผลิตน้ำประปาวัดเทพอาวาส ให้ได้ตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานกรมอนามัย โครงการนี้ดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยคลอรีนเหลวที่จัดซื้อต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม มอก. 207-2562 และบรรจุในท่อเหล็กทนความดันตามมาตรฐาน ผู้ขายต้องรับผิดชอบการขนส่งและจัดให้มีมาตรการความปลอดภัยตาม พ.ร.บ. การขนส่งทางบก รวมถึงต้องมีใบอนุญาตต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยุทธภัณฑ์ (คลอรีน) ตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด การส่งมอบจะแบ่งเป็น 10 งวด โดยงวดแรกต้องส่งมอบภายใน 5 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา และงวดต่อไปภายในวันที่ 20 ของทุกเดือน ผู้ขายต้องจัดหาอุปกรณ์ และอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่ของเทศบาลเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานและการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น

The Ratchaburi Municipality intends to purchase 37,000 kilograms of 99.5% liquid chlorine to disinfect the water in the water treatment process at the Krai Phet Road water production plant and the Wat Thep Awas water production plant to meet the standards of the Department of Health. This project is carried out by means of electronic bidding (e-bidding). The liquid chlorine purchased must meet the TIS 207-2562 standard and be contained in pressure-resistant steel pipes according to the standard. The seller is responsible for transportation and providing safety measures in accordance with the Land Transport Act. The sellers also needs the required licences related to war materials, specifically Chlorine, as required by the related laws. Delivery will be divided into 10 installments, with the first installment to be delivered within 5 days after signing the contract and the next installments by the 20th of each month. The seller must provide equipment and train municipal staff on usage and basic troubleshooting.
