โครงการนี้เป็นการก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กภายในหมู่บ้านทุ่งยาว หมู่ที่ ๘ ตำบลป่าป้อง อำเภอดอยสะเก็ด จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ รหัสสายทาง ชม.ถ.๔๐-๐๐๒๒ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการคมนาคมขนส่งให้สะดวกยิ่งขึ้น ลดอุบัติเหตุ ส่งเสริมโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของชุมชน ขนาดของถนนคือ กว้าง ๔.๐๐ เมตร ยาว ๒๑๕.๐๐ เมตร หนา ๐.๑๕ เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า ๘๖๐.๐๐ ตารางเมตร ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า ๒๘๒,๕๕๐ บาท กำหนดส่งมอบงานภายใน ๖๐ วัน การพิจารณาข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด วงเงินงบประมาณโครงการอยู่ที่ ๕๖๐,๐๐๐ บาท มีการกำหนดค่าปรับหากส่งมอบงานล่าช้า และมีการรับประกันการชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา ๒ ปี กำหนดให้คู่สัญญาต้องแต่งตั้งวิศวกรควบคุมงาน และต้องมีมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัยในระหว่างการก่อสร้าง
