โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างอาคารศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ขนาด 81-100 คน ที่ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กวัดป่าโนนทอง สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตําบลดงมะไฟ อําเภอสุวรรณคูหา จังหวัดหนองบัวลําภู โดยมีรูปแบบเป็นอาคารฐานรากแผ่ มีรายละเอียดงานที่ต้องดำเนินการดังนี้: งานวิศวกรรมโครงสร้าง, งานสถาปัตยกรรม, งานระบบสุขาภิบาล, งานระบบไฟฟ้า, รายการประกอบแบบก่อสร้าง, สรุปผลการประเมินราคากลาง (ปร.๕), และสรุปแบบปริมาณวัสดุ (ปร.4) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนดในเอกสารประกวดราคา รวมถึงต้องเป็นผู้ประกอบการที่ขึ้นทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) และเป็นผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนกับ สสว.

This project involves the construction of an early childhood development center building, sized for 81-100 children, with a spread footing foundation. The location is the Wat Pa Non Thong Early Childhood Development Center, Dong Mafai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Suwannakhuha District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province. The budget is 2,770,500 baht. The scope of work includes structural engineering, architecture, sanitation systems, electrical systems, construction drawings, a summary of the central price evaluation (Por.5), and a bill of quantities (Por.4). Bidders must be registered in the e-GP system and with the Office of SMEs Promotion (OSMEP).
