โครงการจ้างจัดทำหลักสูตรออนไลน์ในสาขาอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์นี้ จัดทำขึ้นโดยสำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์ (สศส.) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะของบุคลากรในอุตสาหกรรมคอนเทนต์และสื่อสร้างสรรค์ (Creative Content/ Media) ได้แก่ ภาพยนตร์และวีดิทัศน์, การกระจายเสียง, การพิมพ์, และซอฟต์แวร์ - เกมและแอนิเมชัน โดยจะพัฒนาหลักสูตรออนไลน์จำนวน 10 หลักสูตร บนแพลตฟอร์ม CEA Online Academy เนื้อหาจะครอบคลุมตั้งแต่การใช้สัญลักษณ์ในภาพยนตร์, การเขียนบท, การเล่าเรื่อง, การออกแบบเกม, Data Insight, การออกแบบแสงและเสียง, การสร้างแบรนด์บน TikTok, ไปจนถึงการใช้ AI Image Generator ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบการบริหารจัดการหลักสูตร, การออกแบบเนื้อหา, จัดหาวิทยากร, ผลิตสื่อการสอน, ออกแบบแบบทดสอบ, และจัดทำวิดีโอสื่อการสอนในรูปแบบ Full HD รวมถึงจัด Intensive Workshop จำนวน 2 ครั้ง โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการเพิ่มพูนทักษะและความรู้ให้กับแรงงานในอุตสาหกรรมสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อให้สามารถสร้างสรรค์ผลงานที่มีคุณภาพและตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของตลาด ลิขสิทธิ์ของหลักสูตรทั้งหมดจะเป็นของ สศส.

This project, commissioned by the Creative Economy Agency (CEA), aims to develop online courses in the creative industries, specifically focusing on Creative Content/Media sectors: Film, Broadcasting, Publishing, and Software - Game and Animation. The project involves creating 10 online courses on the CEA Online Academy platform. The content will cover topics ranging from film symbolism, scriptwriting, storytelling, game design, Data Insight, lighting and sound design, building a brand on TikTok, to using AI Image Generators. The contractor will be responsible for course management, content design, sourcing instructors, producing teaching materials, designing tests, and creating Full HD video lessons, including organizing 2 Intensive Workshops. The project aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of workers in the creative industries, enabling them to create high-quality work that meets market demands. All copyrights of the courses will belong to CEA.
