โครงการนี้เป็นการจ้างจัดหาและติดตั้งระบบการบริหารจัดการน้ำเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้น้ำในพื้นที่ชลประทานจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร (คบ.ท่อทองแดง, คบ.วังบัว, และ คบ.วังยาง-หนองขวัญ) ด้วยงบประมาณ 45,355,700 บาท โครงการมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการใช้น้ำในภาคการเกษตร ลดการสูญเสียน้ำ และป้องกัน/บรรเทาภัยจากน้ำท่วมและภัยแล้ง โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีและแบบจำลองทางคณิตศาสตร์ในการบริหารจัดการน้ำอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการศึกษา, ออกแบบ, และพัฒนาระบบต่างๆ 7 ระบบ ได้แก่ ระบบบูรณาการสำหรับผู้บริหาร (LED VDO Wall), ระบบคาดการณ์ปริมาณน้ำในอ่างเก็บน้ำ, ระบบคาดการณ์ปริมาณน้ำท่า, ระบบนำเสนอข้อมูลสารสนเทศ, ระบบควบคุมอาคารชลประทาน, ระบบสร้างรายงาน (PDF), และระบบควบคุมการปรับบานแบบอัตโนมัติ นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงงานติดตั้งระบบสื่อสาร, ระบบตรวจวัดข้อมูล, ระบบป้องกันไฟกระชาก, ระบบควบคุมอาคารบังคับน้ำ, ระบบสั่งการและแสดงผล, และงานก่อสร้างอาคารบริหารจัดการน้ำจังหวัดกำแพงเพชร

This project involves the procurement and installation of a water management system to enhance water use efficiency in the irrigation areas of Kamphaeng Phet province (Khb. Thong Daeng, Khb. Wang Bua, and Khb. Wang Yang-Nong Khwan) with a budget of 45,355,700 baht. The main objectives of the project are to increase the efficiency of water use in agriculture, reduce water loss, and prevent/mitigate flood and drought by using technology and mathematical models to manage water effectively. The contractor must conduct studies, design, and develop 7 systems including: an integrated system for executives (LED VDO Wall), water reservoir forecasting system, water flow forecasting system, information presentation system, irrigation structure control system, report generation system (PDF), and automatic gate control system. Additionally, the project includes the installation of communication systems, data measurement systems, surge protection systems, irrigation structure control systems, command and display systems, and the construction of the Kamphaeng Phet water management building.
