โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาและติดตั้งเครื่องสูบน้ำประสิทธิภาพสูง พร้อมระบบควบคุม (VSD) ณ สถานีผลิตน้ำศรีสาคร ๒ อำเภอศรีสาคร จังหวัดนราธิวาส เพื่อลดค่าใช้จ่ายด้านพลังงานไฟฟ้าของการประปาส่วนภูมิภาค (กปภ.) โดยมีงบประมาณ 984,000 บาท (ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) ผู้รับเหมาจะต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งเครื่องสูบน้ำ, ระบบควบคุม, และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามแบบที่กำหนด, รวมถึงการทดสอบการทำงานของระบบ และทำการซ่อมแซมความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการติดตั้ง ซึ่งผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมด
