รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงจุดตรวจสอบน้ำหนักยานพาหนะบนถนนทางหลวงชนบท รบ.4013 โดยการก่อสร้างสถานีตรวจวัดยานพาหนะ (Vehicle Inspection Station) และติดตั้งระบบตรวจสอบน้ำหนักขณะรถเคลื่อนที่ด้วยความเร็วต่ำ (Low Speed WIM) ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:
- งานก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (ค.ส.ล.) สำหรับติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ WIM
- การติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ระบบ WIM เพื่อตรวจวัดน้ำหนักรถบรรทุกขณะเคลื่อนที่
- การติดตั้งป้ายจราจรแบบเหนือศีรษะ (Overhang Sign) ชนิดรองรับป้ายดิจิตอล (VMS) เพื่อแสดงข้อมูลจราจรและแจ้งเตือน
- การติดตั้งโครงสร้างสำหรับติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) เพื่อบันทึกภาพและเฝ้าระวัง
- งานปรับปรุงลาดคันทางบนถนนเดิม
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องนำเสนอรูปแบบของระบบที่จะนำมาติดตั้ง รูปแบบการแสดงผล และการรายงานผลของการก่อสร้าง ให้คณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุพิจารณาให้ความเห็นชอบก่อนดำเนินการ รวมถึงต้องตรวจสอบแบบและรายการต่างๆ ให้ถูกต้อง วางแผนการปฏิบัติงานให้เหมาะสมตามขั้นตอนและมาตรฐานงานก่อสร้าง
This project aims to improve the vehicle weight inspection point on Rural Highway RPB.4013 by constructing a Vehicle Inspection Station and installing a Low-Speed Weigh-In-Motion (WIM) system. The scope of work includes:
- Construction of reinforced concrete (RCC) pavement for WIM equipment installation.
- Installation of a WIM system for weighing trucks in motion.
- Installation of an overhead sign (Overhang Sign) with a digital display (VMS) for displaying traffic information and warnings.
- Installation of a structure for installing CCTV cameras for recording and surveillance.
- Road shoulder improvement
The contractor must submit the system to be installed, the display format, and the construction report to the procurement committee for approval before proceeding. The contractor must verify all documents and items for accuracy and plan the work according to the procedures and standards of construction work.
