องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลท้ายดง มีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกชนิดเปิดข้างเทท้ายติดตั้งชุดเครนไฮดรอลิคพร้อมกระเช้าไฟฟ้า จำนวน 1 คัน เพื่อใช้ในการซ่อมแซมและติดตั้งไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างให้ประชาชนในพื้นที่ รถบรรทุกต้องเป็นรถยนต์ 6 ล้อ เครื่องยนต์ดีเซลไม่น้อยกว่า 150 แรงม้า เครนไฮดรอลิคยกสูงได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 12 เมตร ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เป็นนิติบุคคล, ไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน, และต้องขึ้นทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) กำหนดส่งมอบพัสดุภายใน 90 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีวิศวกรที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุมเพื่อเป็นผู้รับรองแบบและตรวจสอบการติดตั้ง และต้องเสนอชื่อศูนย์บริการมาตรฐานตรวจเช็คและซ่อมแซมบำรุงในจังหวัดที่ตั้ง
